Questions
You call yourself a "Sage". When did you become one, and how?
I accepted being called a “Sage” in 2022. A woman I didn’t know wrote, or better channeled, a Poem about my being. That was the first time someone called me a Sage. After I researched the word “Sage”, I needed a few months and years to embrace it fully. Now I am feeling good with it.
I started helping humans as a main focus by founding a business and consulting agency in 2012/2013. That was a more profound time of gathering knowledge for the mind. After five successful years, my calling changed.
The spiritual paths joined me beginning of 2018 by “coincidence” on a trip to Asia.
I am working with my skillset and the multidimensional tools since 2019. It is constantly unfolding and a beautiful journey to combine the knowledge from the mind and the wisdom from the soul.
Who do you help? What kind of clients do you serve?
As the Sage I work with clients who are ready for real and deep transformations. You can see me as a spaceship that takes you to unknown heights, and into spaces where breathing becomes a main focus again – since the speed and depth is so accelerating.
I love to work with multiplicators. A multiplicator is a person who has an impact on other peoples life, for example, their employees and the families through that. Or their students of they teach, or their clients in case of therapists and mentors.
These people are often ready to take more responsibility and to make bigger shifts, which is a rewarding process for all of us.
What industries and niches do you serve?
I work mainly with entrepreneurs and other self-employed clients. These people have some experience and are already on a certain level of consciousness, which helps with the processes. They come from all over the world, and I either fly to them or they come to me. We communicate in English or German.
They work in all kind of industries – business owners, psychotherapists, coaches, high-level headhunters, artists, even the IT world. My niche is those who are ready for the deep transformation and realignment with their whole being.
What are some characteristics of the people you work with?
They reached a point in life where they want to take care of themselves. The motivation to do so is always different. It can be that they want to spend more quality time with their families, upgrade their business – or retreat from it, get rid of blockages in the mental world, finally open up for real love, etc.
Sometimes life hits them and they realise the signs of the universe, sometimes they create the need out of themself. What unites us all is the drive to grow and move forward.
Is there a person for whom your work wouldn't be a good fit?
Yes, everybody who is not ready to step out of their victim mentality. I am stating this with love, not with judgment. If you are not ready to accept help and become the pilot of your life, we can’t work towards your self-empowerment.
It’s important that clients understand that only they are in charge of their lives. And they have to claim control. I am a guide who is holding their hand for a while, and who is pointing in the right directions, so that quick and easy progress is possible. But I am not a healer who makes them dependent on me.
They are in charge, and even if we move quickly, transformation always needs time and work. That is why we also can’t work if you want to be laid back and “be transformed” from the outside.
Is there a client story you can share?
Over the years, plenty of stories evolved. The majority of my clients are still in contact with me from time to time, some even became friends.
The stories go from little shifts in their daily life to life-saving events that ripple even years later through our relationship. For me, it’s always the easiest to tell the stories when I am asked by a person with their own story. It is as with my style of working, everybody is individual and has specific needs, so everyone is treated individually.
How quickly can I expect results working with you? What programs do you have?
The results you are asking about depend on your measuring method. In the first years of my service, I had a lot of so-called discovery calls with “non-clients”. These people were not ready for the big moves, but a 1-2 hour call was already enough to keep them moving forward for several months – or even years, in one case I have in mind now.
Nowadays, I don’t do these long discovery calls for the first contact anymore. It’s either 30 minutes and we both know where to go next, or it’s a booked and paid consulting call with instant, but only mental results.
For the 1on1 work, where we meet and commit to real transformation, results are hitting from the first session. Since this work comes with big goals, the real results come after a couple of days and sessions. And then it depends on the topic and clients, of course.
Integration is always an important point. That is why I support through scheduled calls in the weeks after the 1on1 work.
How are the programs delivered? Do you meet in person?
Yes, for the most fun work and real deep transformation, we meet one-on-one in person. This work usually happens in between 4-14 days of full-day work. It’s a lovely journey where I hold the field to be 24/7 with my client, and my clients often step fully out of their normal surroundings and into the transformation.
The online mentoring program is non-physical, lasts 6 months, has 5 intense private calls, and at least one group meeting per week. When the intense calls are happening depends on what the client wants to work through.
Former one-on-one program clients are also supported online if they wish. Here, we access the multi-dimensional resources we discovered together in the one-on-one before, and with that, the results differ from the usual online mentoring.
What's the time investment to work with you?
Offline: 4-14 Days, up to two sessions a day, usually no room for normal work or business meetings. It reads a lot, especially in busy times for entrepreneurs or family clients. Looking at what we release, sometimes 30 years of growing your habits, living with fears and traumata, and other issues, it’s not a lot, however. We go deep and work clean. A client called it “the German engineering of therapy”. I take it as a compliment 😉
Online: Most clients have homework from 1 to 10 hours a week. Let’s say you want to transform how you handle your employees in critical moments. One part of the homework is the mental game, education on the topic, etc. That knowledge is also available elsewhere.
But the other part is within you, transforming deeper parts of yourself. That is where we go deep, thanks to energy work and the emotional memory release technique.
Both parts take 1h of your time, but the second task will probably keep you busy for 5 more hours after you are “done” with it.
What's the best way for people to connect with you?
For the ones that are ready to accept help and want to proceed, book a call right now. I am looking forward to meeting you.
For all curious souls, I offer free articles on this website for a good entry. If you want to start working with energy by yourself, read my book “How to release FEARS”. It will give you a powerful, proven method and a great starting point for self-empowerment with energy work.
And of course, I welcome you to follow me on your favorite social media platform!
