Part 2: The Energetic Body – Training, Alignment, and Subtle Integrity

The Energetic Body – Training, Alignment, and Subtle Integrity

Part 2 of the Series “The Energetic Body: How We Interact with the Invisible”

Let’s say your energetic body is a real thing and not just a theory. Then you’re not just made of energy – you’re also structured by it. And the next question becomes:
Can it be trained?
And if so… what does that mean?

The short answer is: yes.
But different than like a muscle, or your mind would prefers because the way you are used to train other aspects of your life.

The energetic body responds to attention, to alignment, and to the conscious presence you can give it. Brute force does not give any advantage.

What Training Really Means

Training the energetic body means entering a relationship with yourself in another dimension.
It begins with attention and deepens with precision. It is not built through repetition or effort, but through sensitivity – by tuning in to what’s already present and utilize that.

You are rebuilding a relationship with something that’s already there – already somehow functioning, even if unconsciously, and in my experience, this happens in another dimension than in our physical world. Giving conscious attention to something you cannot see, or touch is usually more abstract than to physical things or conversations with other humans.

The training with my clients usually starts in a deep state of focus. There they meet the energetic body, or what’s left of it, for the first time. Often this is happening when they feel through their body and try to find point where the energy flow is blocked.

To release these blockages, they need to rebuild their energetic body. This also happens in another dimension, so far always with the help of the energy of the mind, the energy of the heart and the higher self as a guidance.

As you see, this “training” differs from daily rituals, breathwork, or visualization. It’s not about a certain repetitive method. It’s about building your relationship within yourself, in specific to your energetic body.

What matters is that it happens honestly and in harmony – without bypassing, without pretending, without trying to be more “spiritual” than you are.

And for yourself?

Usually you can feel the difference between movement and stillness. In a calm moment of meditation, you can notice which places in your system feel alive, and which feel quiet. You start to recognize what connects you and what calls you back into alignment. But you don’t have to do anything about it if you don’t feel too. It takes time.

If you feel it, you can then check where the blockage is. Once found, your goal should be to widen the channels, or, if not present, to check what you need to rebuild the channels. Here is the exchange with your inner team important, so that you don’t force anything that is not meant to be. Remember, the process is happening in harmony with your holistic being in multiple dimension at the same time.

This work is personal and shaped by your rhythm, your readiness, and your willingness to listen. If you recognize something your system is responding to, but you are afraid of having a deeper look, stay calm for now. Acknowledge it is there, and one day you may be able to confront it. Feel if you have the resources to handle it and be gentle.

I recommend you read the fear related articles on my website, or for a deep dive even my book about how to handle your fears in a more profound way. This will help you a lot at this stage.

The Role of Alignment

Energy flows most freely when your whole system agrees to let it happen. When your body, heart, mind, and inner team are in conversation, the intelligence of the universe can stream through you and “takes over”. Your decision process becomes aligned with your souls’ path and the universe is having your back.

This is the role of alignment: Creating the conditions for transformation through harmony between you and your surroundings.

The highest levels of this alignment are not a permanent state, which is fine, since it is not needed to live a fulfilled and harmonious life. If you tap into that space from time to time, you become receptive – and not just open, but available. And since every part of your being is included, they all know what to do. The instructions are enough; there is no need for permanent input or control.

Let the energy of trust do the job of progress.

What Subtle Work Creates

When the energy begins to flow in harmony through your energetic body, life doesn’t necessarily change in loud or dramatic ways. The shifts are quiet and deep.

You may feel:

  • A sense of ease in spaces that once overwhelmed you – or no need to be there anymore.
  • Clearer boundaries, without having to enforce them.
  • A soft, stable presence that stays with you in an inner conversation (the universe is having your back. You feel the trust.)

These outcomes emerge as natural signs that energy is moving well. Subtle work creates structural change, without friction and through alignment. That is its power.

A Relationship That Evolves With You

Your energetic body is part of your evolving presence. A partner in your experience of this life, and not a project to finish. I see it as an ever-evolving relationship that gets stronger while both parts are growing.

Working with it brings a quiet refinement to how you move, feel, and interact with the world around you. You begin to recognize what resonates with your truth and what gently invites your attention elsewhere.

The level of detail when connecting to your energetic body is different for everyone. Some clients work on a sub-atomic level from the beginning, while others have enough with a connection on “skin level”. All of these are real and all of them matter. I have no judgment for the depth one goes.
Hence the only important question is: What’s true for you?

Once you include the energetic body in your daily awareness, life begins to respond differently. Interactions shift and environments reveal their tone more refined.
Your decisions feel more rooted in something beyond thought.
The energy of trust can flow more freely to your system.

Let me know if you need further knowledge about the energetic body, case studies from my clients, or information on how you can reconnect to your own energetic body.
