Part 1: The Energetic Body – What It Is and Why It Matters
Part 1 of the Series “The Energetic Body: How We Interact with the Invisible”
The universe is energy.
Literal energy – holding atoms together, vibrating through particles we don’t have names for yet, saturating everything you can see, touch, and imagine.
You are made of this energy – as so am I writing this text. Your breath and the pause between thoughts is made of it as well. And within you exists something often ignored, misnamed, or misunderstood: your energetic body. A structure of direct interface between your physical form and this underlying field of energy.
Most people don’t see this body, and only some can feel it. Even fewer work with it consciously, but it’s always there. You don’t need to understand it completely – just like you don’t need to understand digestion to eat a meal. But if you care for it, listen to it, and connect with it… things shift. Your experiences deepen and our access expands.
There’s nothing vague about this. The energetic body is real.
It is just quiet – and most people live too loud to notice it.
More a Function than a Belief or Blueprint.
Be “complete” or fully connected is no requirement to use your energetic body. Just like a broken signal can still play music through a radio, your system can still receive and transmit energy. But when you tune it, clear it, or reconnect it more fully… the clarity returns. The sound becomes clear again.
From my experience, the energetic body isn’t something you activate once and call it done. It’s more like a network of roots and branches inside and around your physical body – like the internal vascular system, but more precise. Or, if you prefer: imagine all the veins in your body multiplying, branching, and docking into every cell. Then even further – connecting to the components within each atom. And further still to the parts of the sub-atomic layers which are still hidden for us.
This is where the energetic body exists – on the level where particles split into smaller particles, and those particles hold a structure you can feel but not touch. This is a web of function and an energetic presence one can feel.
And it matters.
Why It Matters
Your energetic body allows you to interact with what is not visible. That includes other people, spaces, non-physical presences, emotional imprints, and whatever else operates beyond the five senses. It’s how shamans navigate non-ordinary realities. It’s how children often feel what adults ignore. And it’s the souls access to steer the ship, even when the mind forgets the map.
Sometimes parts of the energetic body go „dry“, so these areas stop flowing.
You meet people, and something inside you knows they’re safe… or not. That is the connection between the energetic bodies speaking. From time to time it gets ignored because it’s muted, but it never lies.
From what I’ve seen, the energetic body doesn’t require full comprehension. I don’t claim to understand its complete function – and I don’t need to. Just like I don’t fully understand the physical body either. What I do know is this: when I or my clients take care of it, things open and communication sharpens. The access to non-visible dimensions strengthens.
It becomes easier to feel what is aligned and to recognize what’s yours and what’s not. It helps massively to shape your life from a more clear perspective.
To Use It You Don’t Need to See It.
Seeing energetic bodies is not normal. Most humans can not. But you can still work with it, like learning to sense a tension between people in a room. It’s special ability that your system already knows, deep down. Like a basic feature. So you can start to remember it more and more over time.
Some call it the aura and others speak of light bodies, energy fields, or morphogenetic structures. I name it simply: the energetic body. The rest is language and often words to fill the room.
What matters is your direct experience.
You don’t need to force anything. Your energetic body responds to subtle attention, care, and contact. Like roots stretching towards water when they feel the soil shifts, your body will reunite when your mind shifts back to remembering and accepting.
And once it begins to move again, it helps to remember as well.

Next: How to Train
In the next part of this series, we’ll explore how to care for, reconnect with, and train the energetic body – without bypassing the deeper needs of your being. All by aligning with what’s already in you.
