Part 3: How To Clean Your Core Energies
After learning what your core energies are and what they are good for, we will now come to the different methods of cleaning them. If you have not read parts one and two of this series, I recommend doing so before you continue.
Good Company
Being back at your dimension of interacting with your core energies, you are not alone there. When my clients arrive at this point, they are usually accompanied by their whole energetic team, including the energy of the mind, the energy of the heart, the higher self, their main or even more guides, and sometimes even their soul.
Seeing their core energies for the first time is a magical moment; starting to interact with them is on another level. Some of my clients did not get access to all of them instantly. This can be funny, or just neutral. I have not had any bad experiences with core energies so far. The “funniest”, however, was a client with the core energy of anger. While the other four core energies shared freely and had no issue with interacting, the anger was not ready to exchange anything.
It was like a young child, snappy, unfriendly, and offended. And we had to figure out why and build to a point when it was ready to share. The result was that it didn’t want to exchange, because it had never been interacted with. She had no way to express her anger or let energies related to it flow through herself. This not only created blockages and health issues in her physical life, but also a disbalance in her own energetic field.
Pleasing The Needs of Energy in Motion
Pleasing the core energies need to be seen and interacted with; she was able to rebuild the internal relationship with her anger. Nowadays, she can let anger come and go – giving it room and being able to let the emotion flow is a liberation experience for her. It does not mean that she is angrier than before. It means that when a situation brings the related energies with it, she can handle them well. Letting them flow through instead of building up and creating blockages is a healthier way to handle anger (or other emotions).
But how did it work? How did we clean her core energies and prepare them for her future life? You might understand why I do not share her personal story about why the anger could not be handled, but the general way of how to clean core energies will be explained now.
As mentioned before, when you meet your core energies, you have your complete team with you. And instead of taking care of all the strings, ropes, chains, and hidden connections by yourself, you can work together with your team. I guide my clients to make their team a helpful resource, so in this case, each part takes care of one core energy. An example from the “anger-client:“
Discovering the core energies, she had no issue with identifying the energies as the following: Red for love, relationships, and related things. Blue for the freedom and self-empowerment. Yellow for happiness, ease, and joy. Green for the harmony and balance. And Purple/Violet for the Anger.
Starting with the anger, she learned that there were no strings, ropes, or chains attached – no wonder if you think about what I shared with you. Asking her next higher self to discover and release the hidden chains, she found plenty. One was related to self-hatred because of something she did in her childhood. She was able to release this after communicating with the related soul of the other person. (I will write about soul-communication and its value in other articles/books, follow for more).
Going through the hidden chains, she was able to fully release the hidden connections – mainly to old situations and some memories. After doing so, she then protected the core energy with a shield and tested it. Learn more about that in the next episode of this series.
Splitting the Work
Coming back to the other core energies, she asked her team who would like to take care of which core energy to release every connection that is not relevant anymore. The heart went with the love, the red one. The biggest spirit animal/guide jumped to the energy of joy (yellow). And the mind was up for freedom, aka the blue ball of energy. So for her, the next one was about harmony and balance (green).
Starting again with releasing strings, ropes, and chains to finally discover the hidden connections. This is the needed but repetitive process of doing the work by yourself. After she finished the Core Energy of Harmony, she checked on her team. While the mind didn’t even start, the others did a good job. At these core energies, she now only had to take care of the stronger connections.
For the love, there were no strings left, but several ropes could not have been released by the heart. The topics have been mainly connected to family members and were solved with a lot of forgiveness and soul communications.
Also, some chains were left, so we started with the ones that came from the outside. Here, some off-balance connections had to be adjusted. She also got the information on how to communicate this better in real life. Then some connections were going from her to other people. They also had to be addressed, released, and adjusted. For one of these, it was helpful to work together with the core energy of happiness, ease, and joy. You see that they are also interrelated and can support each other.
Saving Time and Building Trust
The advantage of working with your team is mainly about saving time and building internal trust. Giving a task to a person in real life and getting back a great result builds up a better relationship and more trust between the two parties. It is nothing different in the other dimensions. If you ask your heart and mind to do something together, and they do, the trust between them will grow. And your trust in your abilities will grow as well.
Saving time is important as well. My one-on-one work is between four and fourteen days “non-stop”. We have up to two deep sessions each day, mixed with theory and practical exercises, which the clients use after the intense one-on-one period by themselves. If we manage to clean five core energies in one session instead of two or three sessions, we have more resources for other sessions – or to learn other methods they can use by themselves later.
This is a logic that you can apply to your energy of the mind. Making progress while repairing the constantly broken belief system as quickly as possible is tempting. However, it requires careful guidance and maintenance to not skipping important steps in the process. Patience and clean work are mandatory to build a new system without falling back into old patterns.

Next: Protection
One of these important steps is to protect your core energies for the future of your journey, as well as to “install” signal techniques that alarm you in certain situations.
How this works and how this is tested will be the topic of the next article in this series. I am looking forward to sharing this with you.
